MadeOrder Production Manager

Terms of service

Effective 13 July 2026. These terms govern a merchant's use of MadeOrder Production Manager.

1. Agreement

By installing or using MadeOrder, the merchant agrees to these terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Data Processing Terms. The person installing the app confirms that they can act for the merchant.

2. Service

MadeOrder provides production workflow tools for Shopify orders, including synchronization, customization visibility, deadlines, stages, notes, bulk actions, and production sheets. Features may be improved, replaced, or discontinued as the app develops.

3. Merchant responsibilities

The merchant is responsible for the accuracy of its Shopify data, customization instructions, production decisions, staff access, printed sheets, legal notices, and fulfillment of customer orders. MadeOrder is a workflow aid and does not replace the merchant's quality-control, accounting, tax, shipping, or legal obligations.

4. Acceptable use

The merchant must not use MadeOrder unlawfully, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the service, upload malicious content, or use the app to process data that is unnecessary for its production workflow.

5. Billing and free trial

MadeOrder is offered as a recurring Shopify app subscription at USD $14.99 per month, with a seven-day free trial for eligible new subscriptions. The merchant must approve the plan through Shopify. Shopify processes the charge, manages the payment method and invoice, and applies any taxes or billing adjustments. Access to paid features may be suspended when no active Shopify subscription is present.

6. Availability and warranties

MadeOrder is provided on an as-available basis. We work to maintain a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free synchronization, sales, revenue, or business results. The merchant should retain appropriate operational records and backups.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ecommerce Storez is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from the app. Any direct liability is limited to the amount paid for MadeOrder during the three months immediately before the event giving rise to the claim.

8. Suspension and termination

The merchant may stop using MadeOrder by uninstalling it. We may suspend access for security threats, unlawful use, non-payment, or material breach of these terms. Data is handled according to the retention and deletion provisions in the Privacy Policy.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the District of Columbia and applicable federal laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from or relating to these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Washington, D.C., except where mandatory law provides otherwise.
