Contact support

Email easterstracy@gmail.com. Include the shop's .myshopify.com domain, a description of the problem, the affected order number if relevant, and a screenshot. For billing questions, include the plan name shown in Shopify Admin.

Target response time: within two business days.

Before contacting support

  1. Open Production orders and click Sync orders.
  2. Confirm the item has Shopify line-item customization properties.
  3. Check Workflow settings for the expected completed stage.
  4. Refresh the embedded app once after a deployment.

Security or privacy issue

Use the same support address and begin the subject with Security or Privacy. Do not email passwords, access tokens, customer payment information, or full database files.
