Before contacting support
- Open Production orders and click Sync orders.
- Confirm the item has Shopify line-item customization properties.
- Check Workflow settings for the expected completed stage.
- Refresh the embedded app once after a deployment.
Security or privacy issue
Use the same support address and begin the subject with Security or Privacy. Do not email passwords, access tokens, customer payment information, or full database files.
